About this product
These weight sets from KERN (series 315) contain all nominal values within the chosen range, from 1 g to 2 kg. Each set comes in a case or box with a compartment per weight, so you can see at a glance whether the set is complete. Choose from 23 versions, differing in range and type of case.
You use E2 weights for analytical balances and semi-micro balances, and as a reference for F1 weights. They are made of polished stainless steel and require careful handling with tweezers and gloves.
F1 is the common class for precision balances and for the finer class III scales. F1 weights are also used as a reference for M weights. MASSLAB calibrates F1 weights in its own laboratory.
